How to fill out INZ 1225 form
The applicant must sign Section A to demonstrate an understanding of and agreement to the statements regarding the application and any potential granted visa.
The applicant must also sign EITHER Section B or Section C to indicate the delegation of authority for someone else to submit the application online on their behalf:
- For situations where the person submitting the form is a licensed immigration adviser or falls under an exemption from licensing such as an immigration lawyer, and will continue to act on the applicant's behalf during the application processing, the applicant should sign Section B.
- If the person submitting the form is merely assisting by inputting the applicant's details into the online form and submitting it on their behalf, the applicant should sign Section C.
