ANZSCO Description
Installs, maintains and repairs telecommunications equipment and appliances, such as telephones, mobile telephones, switchboards and data transmission equipment, in homes, businesses, telephone exchanges and other network sites.
Green List Requirements
One of the following:
- Remuneration for the employment over the 24 month qualifying period must be $34.11 per hour or above), or the equivalent annual salary ($70,947 per annum), or
- New Zealand Certificate in Telecommunications (Level 3) at the time of application for residence
Minimum Pay Requirement
A minimum hourly pay rate of $34.11 is required.
Residency Pathway
If you are working in this role and are eligible, you can apply under Green List Work to Residence after 2 years working in New Zealand.
