Method 1
Apply through relatives to the Verification Section, Police Headquarters or apply to your nearest Nepalese overseas mission, which will forward correspondence to Police Headquarters in Kathmandu.

Go to Online Police Clearance Registration System, open an account (mobile number required) and apply online.
What to provide
You will need to provide:
- application form
- a copy of your citizenship certificate
- passport
- passport size photo
Fees to pay
There is no fee if you are applying online.
Processing time
Applying online will take about five minutes to complete, and from there, it will take a few days to be processed. Once processed, you will be able to download the file.
Further information
Your certificate or document must be less than 6 months old when you submit your visa application to Immigration New Zealand.
