We’re on the hunt for an Account Director to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of previous marketing experience, ideally within the digital marketing and/or broader media industry.
You’ll work alongside the ABC team on some fantastic & exciting clients, to help them reach their business goals through performance and evidence-based activity.
In this role, your accountabilities will include:
Relationships: Fostering excellent, transparent, & trust-based relationships with your clients and internally at ABC. You will be the person our Clients go to when they have a business challenge, supporting them in crafting thought-leading ideas to help take them and their business forward.
Growth: Being ever curious and on the hunt for the next great thing. Understanding your clients & the market deeply, identifying opportunities to test, and maximize their growth. Ensuring that they know we’re leaving no stone unturned.
Strategy: Ensuring that we have a clear roadmap to take our Clients business forward. Bringing both internal & external parties together through a unified approach; using this as the litmus test for all decisions we make! This is not a set & forget approach, but an always-on approach where we’re asking ‘is this the absolute best thing we can be doing right now to help achieve our collective goals?'
What’s needed to succeed?
An ability to quickly build strong, trust-based relationships.
Agency account or project management experience.
The ability to ask the big questions to ensure that at all times we are supporting our clients with the things that matter the most, and designing forward-thinking & innovative solutions to solve their challenges.
A curiosity around all things marketing to make sure we’re bringing the latest and greatest to our clients.
Detailed working knowledge of digital channels and the advertising industry in general. An ability to apply this to different businesses & their respective problem statements.
A willingness to challenge, negotiate, and wrangle your colleagues and clients, always striving to do the best thing possible.
