What you will do:

As the Senior Application Support Analyst you'll be:

- The chief custodian of the Application work plan and the overarching Business Applications Support.
- Focussing on strategy along with managing and delegating Business Applications tasks.
- Conducting application workshops with the top level of the organisation.
- Ensuring that the applications are not only current but also shielded with the latest security patches.
- Creating harmonious relationships with vendors and service providers to usher in top-tier solutions.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

- Industry certifications in Application Support or IT
- 3+ years in Application Support and leadership roles
- Mastery over Microsoft products including M365, Dynamics, and SharePoint
- Integration insights using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Web editing skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven agility in project delivery
