What you will do:
As an Application Support Analyst, you will configure CRM systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve support tickets. You will work closely with the Solutions Architect and Applications Analyst on various projects. Tasks include creating workflows, data analysis, and generating reports. Your role will require regular interaction with internal staff and external agencies. You will contribute to planning sessions, stand-ups, and team meetings, ensuring smooth operations and successful project completion.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Intermediate application support experience
- MS Dynamics 365 CRM exposure
- SQL proficiency
- Reporting skills (SSRS or PowerBI)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training and delivering workshops for end users
- Data analysis and requirement gathering
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and self-learning attitude
- Confidence and assertiveness

You can be based in either Christchurch or Auckland. This role offers a balance of routine tasks and technical challenges, making it ideal for those who enjoy varied and impactful work!
