We are looking for a part-time Administrator/ Receptionist to provide efficient and professional administration services to the Wellington ABC Office. This may also include providing administration services to support teams and other locations throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Working from the reception desk, welcoming visitors and staff to site.
Acting as a first point of contact on the phone/ MS Teams
Responding to internal and external queries in a friendly and professional manner.
Overseeing mail/ courier delivery and distribution
Keeping an eye on the day to day running of the office, supplies, kitchen, reception and building maintenance - being proactive to raise and action anything that arises.
Assisting with general administration and organisation of team, e.g. team meeting agendas and minutes, team planning, social events, marketing events, scanning and printing.
Assisting with the organisation of staff travel arrangements
Assisting with financial administration, including expense reports, credit card receipt inputs, supplier invoices and vehicle logs.
Maintaining and updating databases, records and schedules
Coordinating the delivery, pick-up and maintenance of company vehicles
Organising equipment hire requests/coordination and charges.
Checking timesheets have been submitted and follow up as required.
Prioritising the heath, safety and wellbeing of yourself and the company as a whole.
Helping with additional administration tasks as required.

What you'll bring

Ideally you will have 1+ years experience working as a receptionist and administrator
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, fantastic telephone manner)
A positive and responsive attitude - ready to identify tasks that need doing and jumping on them to help the team.
Confidence using computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
Strong organisational skills
The ability to life items weighing 15kg+ on a regular basis
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
A full/ restricted New Zealand drivers license
