We have a vacancy for a Clinical Nurse Leader at our Care Home in sunny Dargaville located within the beautiful Kaipara District. ABC is a NZ owned and operated 53 bed Rest Home and Hospital Level home that provides collaborative, meaningful and person-centered care for our residents.
The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader to join the team to contribute to the overall clinical management of the facility, leading and motivating a dedicated team of clinical and care professionals.
About You
Are you able to collaborate, engage and have a passion for people to work alongside the residents, their families, and staff? Can you bring energy, empathy, and strong leadership to the team at ABC?
Responsibilities
Are you able to demonstrate the following:
- Internal audit management
- A current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- interRAI trained
- 3+ years previous experience in a NZ nursing role
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage
- Confidence with systems and technology
- Ensure Policies and Procedures are implemented
- Collect, analyse, and measure patient data, identifying trends and risks
- Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
- Contribute to staff education by leading education sessions
- An understanding of the Health and Disability Sector Standards
