ABC is a leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation in NZ and an accredited provider of community-based rehabilitation for a range of ages. We are looking for someone with a special interest in concussion, traumatic brain injury, and stroke.

The successful applicant will be working alongside clients and their whānau/family to provide community-based rehabilitation.

Are you a Physiotherapist with an interest in acquired brain injury or community rehabilitation and wishing to develop your clinical skillset?

Applicants should have:

A minimum of 2 years’ postgraduate clinical experience
NZ registered Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate and driver’s license
Experience in neurology, and/or community-based rehabilitation.
Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, and pediatrics is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with clients, their whānau, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered rehabilitation.
Commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi through the implementation of Te Hekenga-ā-ora (ABC’s Māori Development Plan 2022-2025).
