We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Specialist with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our marketing team based in Auckland CBD.

Using your content creation and communication experience, you will be responsible for working with the Group Marketing Director, Discipline Manager and Content team to develop, implement and measure the success of campaigns, content plans and external content to enhance our brand and effectively engage with our clients/customers, partners and communities.

You will be responsible for creating on-brand, engaging content to share across our multi-level channels, measuring its effectiveness, and developing beneficial partnerships in the content marketing and advertising space. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of content creation and storytelling across all channels for external content creation and collaboration opportunities.

- Working with internal stakeholders to plan content strategies to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Creating content, social media campaigns, and thought leadership articles in collaboration with the wider Marketing Team
- Creating, developing, and delivering content tactics to reach our target audiences, maximizing budget, and achieving the team's marketing goals (e.g. client EDS, blog posts, webinars, podcasts, thought leadership, etc).
- Working with the content team, you'll be overseeing the editorial content calendar and ensuring that we deliver on our marketing strategy per our social media calendar.
- Proactively identifying compelling stories within our business and sharing them via media.
- Conducting research and analysis, identifying key messaging, target audiences, and channels for external communication.
- Monitoring and analysing content metrics to measure effectiveness
- Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing content direction with designers, writers, creative

Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring

5+ years' experience in content writing and external communications.
You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to compelling messages for various audiences.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the environmental, sustainability, infrastructure, or engineering industry is a plus.
