The role:
The D365 Functional Consultant is a role where you will provide functional analysis and bring solutions to life to our Global Finance teams.
Reporting to the Platform Delivery Manager, this role requires someone who is an expert in D365 and can build and deliver to the platform roadmap. This is a key role in also supporting the Finance business partner to meet their strategic objectives and to provide service and support to the finance teams in New Zealand and globally.
This role will include the following:
- Ensure our platforms stay current with the latest releases and assist in introducing new features to our teams.
- Offer expert advice on best practices for supporting Finance process mapping and addressing Finance-related inquiries.
- Conduct business process analysis and generate fit/gap reports.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders within the development team to incorporate D365 capabilities for our customers.
- Foster a cohesive team culture, taking the lead in promoting, taking ownership of, and delivering exceptional system experiences throughout ABC.
