We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our Marketing team in Auckland on a permanent full-time basis.
You will be responsible for contributing towards the planning, execution, review and analysis of digital marketing tactics under the ABC's external communications and digital content strategy.
The Digital Marketing Specialist's key function includes but is not limited to, growing ABC Group's brand awareness and potential lead generation in the digital space. You will be:
- Social media management, and content planning and creation for digital
- Reviewing social media and website analytics to report on key metrics and inform recommendations.
- Researching, evaluating, and implementing the latest digital, content and marketing industry trends to further ABCs marketing presence.
- Working with the wider marketing team to support campaign ideation, execution and evaluation.
- Working collaboratively with other groups around the company to create or facilitate their social media content goals (eg technical experts, recruitment, wellbeing, diversity + inclusion).
- Collaborating with the creative design team to assist with ongoing creative tasks for digital channels, such as graphic design.
- Partnering closely with client experience team members to ensure that content initiatives incorporate a client lens as well as sharing insights and trends that help us work towards our strategy of being 'Best in Class'.
- Other duties as required.
Nā tōu rourou | What you'll bring
3+ years digital marketing experience
A marketing qualification or similar
Experience using paid ads using platforms, LinkedIn campaign manager, Meta business suite and google ads.
Experience using SEO Tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console.
Experience using Adobe Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Premiere Pro).
Knowledge and experience in content management such as Sprout Social or similar.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent eye for detail
