About the role:

As the Head of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme you will be responsible for key administrative, curriculum and pastoral aspects of the IBDP programme. This is a full-time, permanent appointment with a negotiable start date.

Key duties and responsibilities:

- Teaching Degree or equivalent education and/or other experience
- Extensive experience in Middle leadership, with proven success in building effective teams and engagement with stakeholders.
- Outstanding teacher and educational leader experience.
- Current knowledge of education issues and how they apply to curriculum frameworks.
- Demonstrable commitment to ongoing professional learning and development of self and others.

Key skills and experiences:
