Mō te tūnga | About the role
As a HR Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in offering timely and knowledgeable advice across all HR functions. Working closely with HR Business Partners and being a direct report for two HR Coordinators, you will lead and support various HR processes and projects to ensure operational alignment and seamless service delivery.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
Minimum 3 years' HR experience with a proven record of mentoring and enhancing team capabilities.
Excellent relationship management skills.
Sound knowledge of HR operations, employment legislation, and bargaining.
Proficiency in HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and policy development.
Strong organisational, time management, and analytical skills; adept at working collaboratively and autonomously in both structured and non-structured environments.
