What you will do: In this technical role, you’ll design, implement, and improve information management strategies focusing on M365. Your responsibilities include managing and configuring systems to align with information policies and legislative needs, offering innovative design guidance, and contributing to the formulation and advocacy of internal policies. You’ll be the champion of M365 best practices, and train and mentor your colleagues with the same.

Skills and experience we are looking for: At least 4 years experience specializing in the M365 space with skills in CRM and ERDMS. Proficiency in implementing workflows, notably in platforms like Nintex. Demonstrated success in driving organizational change, with a knack for coaching and coordination. Strong collaboration skills, especially in customer-facing teams. Effective communication skills; ability to relay complex concepts across all organizational levels. A tertiary degree and Microsoft certification. Hold current work rights for NZ.
