Mō te tūnga | About the role

As an integral part of our team, the IT Support Analyst will oversee the smooth functioning of our IT systems and provide top-notch support to our users. Your role involves daily operations and monitoring of multiple systems, along with maintaining and administering ABC Business Applications. From handling server administration tasks to promptly resolving user queries, you'll ensure that our IT operations run seamlessly. Additionally, you'll manage support calls according to SLAs, complete necessary IT equipment changes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our ICT infrastructure.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

Previous experience in end-user support or computer operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory & Azure, Windows OS & M365 Office Suite. Hardware troubleshooting across various devices. Familiarity with Mobile Device Management applications. Qualification in Computer Studies or equivalent. Professional certifications or completed training in relevant technologies.
