As an IT Support Specialist at ABC, you will:
Be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to ABC’s rapidly growing internal user base. As this is a user-facing role, you will be a highly visible representative of our team, providing ABC’s with the tools they need to do the best work of their lives. You’ll take #Ownership over all support contact points (tickets, walk-ups, chat & phone); diagnosis, investigation, and resolution of service requests and incidents from across ABC
Here is what we do look for in an IT Support Specialist:
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an enterprise organisation
Passion and excitement for technology, coupled with outstanding interpersonal & customer service skills
A logical problem solver, adept at multitasking and time management
We don’t expect you to have exposure to it all, but some knowledge of the tools & hardware we use would be highly beneficial (Windows & Apple OS, G-Suite, Active Directory, Okta, or other cloud-based applications)
