We are currently seeking a National Quality Advisor (Investigations) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on investigations related to critical incidents and serious complaints across the ABC Group. You will support and educate managers to enhance their incident and complaint management capabilities, fostering a culture of learning among all staff members. Additionally, you will lead the development, review, and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into critical incidents and complaints.
- Support managers in enhancing incident and complaint management.
- Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and best practice sharing.
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and engage with those we support.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
Preferred experience in health and disability services. Highly desirable relevant Tertiary Qualification (e.g., Health, Business, Quality, Disability). Familiarity with continuous improvement, quality, and safety systems. Proven track record in investigating adverse events and complaints. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent analytical abilities.
