NDT Technician - UT2 -PAUT - Taupo

About the position:

ABC is an IANZ-accredited inspection body with operations in multiple locations across New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician with ISO9712 UT2 and PAUT certifications for Taupo region.

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Perform NDT Inspections
- Prepare reports in accordance with company requirements and standards
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Participate in maintaining compliance with ISO17020 requirements
- Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations

Experience & attributes we are looking for:

- 5+ years of NDT inspection
- Current certification in all or some of the following Level 2 - ISO9712 qualifications: UT2, PAUT
- Other desirable certifications: MT2, PT2, ET2
- Excellent English communication
- Computer literate - Technical report writing
- Willing to travel locally and regionally to complete jobs at client sites
- Ability to supervise projects and communicate with the clients
- Valid NZ Driver's Licence
