Occupational Therapist

Our Palmerston North clinic is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the ABC Health way. Contractors are also welcome to apply for this position.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate must have NZ OT registration and current APC, ability to effectively manage your time and caseload, full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation, and excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!

For Occupational Therapists based overseas, as an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process, support in gaining the NZ Occupational Therapy Board license, and assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand, along with a contribution towards relocation costs.
