We currently have the opportunity for a Senior People Partner and HR People Partner to join our People and Communication teams based at ABC Tairawhiti and/or ABC Hawke's Bay. The remuneration range for these roles is $94,307 - $148,000 and is covered by an Individual Employment Agreement.
Moū - About you
Senior People Partner
Rapidly develop an understanding and awareness of the district’s business, your business units, their operating environment, roles / responsibilities, and HR requirements in a continuously changing environment. Is proactive and anticipates needs and proposes solutions that fit the business. Work collaboratively to meet the goals of the service in a team-based environment and provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced team members. Support change management processes including drafting letters and communicating documents to the unions and the whole organization. Provide expert advice in relation to complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation. Comfortable working with ambiguity, experienced with mediation and other resolution processes. Ensure all policies and processes are implemented in a timely manner – including leave management, collective agreement implementation, and talent management processes.
