Our client is a main contractor who specialize in large commercial new builds. They have been in the business for over 30 years and focus on projects valued between $10 million and $150 million. They are very relationship focused and work mostly with preferred clients on negotiated projects rather than low-priced tenders. Their strong family values and bureaucracy-free working environment ensure high staff retention, they embrace imperfection in their people and work hard to develop good synergy in their project teams.

This client has several projects valued between $50 – 100m starting in the next couple months, they are looking for competent and professional Project Managers to take ownership of them from end-to-end.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- End-to-end Project Management
- Procurement
- Stakeholder management
- Subcontractor management
- Budgeting and control
- Programming
- Adhere to health & safety practices
- Reporting
- Delivering projects on time and within budget

**YOU’LL HAVE:**

- Proven experience delivering large scale commercial/industrial projects
- Minimum 5+ years’ commercial project management experience (Apartments a bonus)
- 2+ years’ minimum New Zealand experience
- Trade background (preferred but not essential)
- Strong industry relationships
- Excellent verbal communication skills
