Where You’ll Make an Impact:

Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in our care homes across the country.
Lead a team of caregivers and nurses to provide the highest quality clinical care.
Mentor and guide staff, and provide orientations for new members of the team.
Ensure accurate documentation with oversight of staff education and performance.
Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

This is a permanent, full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an on-call component. This role is a great way to see different parts of beautiful New Zealand, while making a notable impact in our 48 care homes.

Your Person-First Approach:

You’ll help us make a real difference through your Clinical Leadership experience, personal passion, and empathy.

Have experience in aged care Clinical Management.
Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
Passion for leading a team to mentor and support others.
Internal audit management and leading continuous quality improvements.
Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
