ABC is a NZIS Accredited Employer with immediate start and full training available. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a base salary plus uncapped commission. About the Role: As a Solar Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in engaging with residential customers and qualifying leads for Solar Specialists. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing solar education to potential customers, making a significant impact in one of the fastest-growing industries.
We Are Looking For: We seek a team player who enjoys positive engagement with people and possesses excellent communication skills. Given the nature of the role, a high level of maturity and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
What You Can Learn: Joining ABC will provide you with the opportunity to become an expert in solar power and support others in transitioning to renewable energy sources such as solar power.
Responsibilities include home visits to targeted prospects, assessing eligibility for solar and battery offers, guiding quality prospects through the sales channel, managing lead flow, exceeding quotas, interacting with customers professionally, and eliciting customer interests and concerns effectively.
Qualifications: Previous door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. A positive attitude and willingness to succeed are key, as we provide support for achieving desired results. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment are necessary.
