ABC supports people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy great lives as part of their communities. Our Taranaki team has a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Schedule Coordinator.

As the Schedule Coordinator you will be scheduling Support Workers to meet rostering needs and ensure the efficient and effective delivery of support services. You will be preparing advance rosters and the filling short-notice sick leave. This is a vital role that ensures that the people we support continue to receive services with minimal disruption.

Building trust and positive relationships with Support Workers will be important to successfully delivering rosters. You will work closely with a team of Service Managers who are collaborative and hardworking. You will be providing reporting to managers to help them make informed decisions about workforce management and planning.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

- Previous administration experience would be a help
- A strong customer service ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan your work efficiently and solve problems quickly as they arise
- Confidence in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- The ability to build positive professional relationships internally and externally
