Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Help to plan and execute all brand campaign processes from brief, project management to execution across paid and owned channels working with marketing teams, designers, and external agencies, ensuring that their brand is portrayed in accordance with their brand personality and guidelines.
* Manage the creation and execution of their Kindness Store/'for good' campaigns each year.
* Drive the creative and delivery of their quarterly brand newsletter
* Support the comms team with the creation of media materials and press releases
* On a daily basis, have eyes open to ways to proactively and swiftly respond to culture or newsworthy events to create memorable moments in the brand.
* Work with the wider Marketing and Comms team and Designers to proactively identify opportunities to leverage and amplify their communications, bring their brand pillars to life, and ensure visual brand guidelines are up to date.
* Work closely with their People team to ensure opportunities for internal brand engagement through all their brand activities - take a creative lens on how they can embed the brand within team culture
* Be an advocate for and ally in their Te Ao Māori journey and bring this worldview to their brand communications
* Manage all campaign reporting for brand and comms to stakeholders outlining key learnings and recommendations across activity.

What you will bring to their team:

Experience:
* Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent Business degree is desirable.
* 4 or more years' experience in a relevant brand or marketing role.
* Successful track record of planning and executing brand and/or marketing campaigns
* Proven ability to develop creative, non-traditional solutions for challenging problems.
* Proven track record of leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform decision-making, with brand metrics in mind.
* A good understanding of Te Reo Māori and Te Ao is an advantage

* Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands.
* Curiosity, problem-solving, and a high level of initiative
* A natural collaborator – you'll be part of ensuring the Brand, Marketing, and Comms team is future-focused and positive.
* Data-driven - you'll love diving into data to measure the impact of brand initiatives, interpreting trends, and applying learnings so that we can constantly improve our performance.
