What you will do:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the Server team through various operational and project-based challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing team resources, ensuring effective teamwork, and setting high-performance standards. As a team leader, your role extends beyond management; it involves inspiring and mentoring your team. You will collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders, mapping out and designing IT solutions that align with business needs and strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach and a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have;

- IT-related tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree)
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience, including management
- Expertise in project management and delivery
- Strong IT infrastructure and operations experience
- Knowledge of server migrations, physical hardware and infrastructure
- Demonstrated Team Leader experience with resource planning skills
- Effective communication skills across various teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
