As a Service Manager Workforce, where you'll oversee team responsibilities, clarify expectations, and develop clear goals for service delivery. You'll ensure effective communication, manage schedules, and foster positive relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders aligned with ABC's mission. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll lead the adoption of technical solutions and promote a safe, healthy environment for all. This role provides essential support and advice during evenings and weekends, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services. This position based in Auckland provides support to both our Auckland and Wellington Regional Intellectual Disability Supported Accommodation Service (RIDSAS). Part of the on-call schedule.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

Passion for the services provided by ABC and the people supported. Relevant tertiary qualification. People management experience, including HR practices. Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment. Ability to develop a functional and positive team environment. Flexibility to travel to Wellington to meet the service needs.
