Service Technician

The role we are hiring for is varied and involves mechanical, electrical, and some light construction work in Wellington. The salary for this position is $23-30 per hour depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer several benefits including:

Here is an outline of the role:

- Diagnose faults including motor, relays, and door sensor controls.
- Perform mechanical servicing, repairs, and maintenance on equipment such as hydraulic presses, shredders, pallet trucks, and dock leveling equipment.
- Maintenance work will involve mechanical, electrical, and light construction tasks such as working on automatic doors, roller doors, and gates.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and qualities:

- Willingness to work with electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- A full driver's license is essential.
