Social Media & Communication Coordinator (Remote)

ABC is a growing cafe chain with 11 branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation for fresh, healthy, and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over 15000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Communication Coordinator to join our team.

Our headquarters is based in Hastings, Hawkes’ Bay but this is a remotely based role. The candidate must be in New Zealand and will work closely with our team members across different time zones.

The main responsibilities of the Social Media & Communication Coordinator are:

- Creating and implementing social media strategies
- Managing Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X (Former Twitter) and TikTok)
- Analyzing engagement metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends
- Facilitate online conversation with customers and respond to queries
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers
- Work with customer service and design team to create customer and promotional materials both for social media and print media.

Requirements

- Proactive and independent in nature
- Exceptional communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms

Hours of Work

This will be a part-time role between 15 to 25 hours per week with flexible hours. This could potentially evolve a full-time role.

Benefits

What we are offering:

Competitive hourly rate between $30 to $40 per hour depending on the candidate's skill and experience.

Candidate must be located in New Zealand and have appropriate work entitlements to work in New Zealand (NZ Citizen/NZ Resident/Work Visa Holder). Hospitality Franchise Group is an accredited employer with Immigration New Zealand and preference will be given to NZ Citizen & Resident.
