What you will do:
In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand both business and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless transition in the IT systems. You'll play a pivotal role in facilitating discussions, accurately documenting needs, and translating them into functional requirements for development teams. The position demands a proactive approach, with a focus on creating effective, mutually beneficial solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will also involve being a key advisor throughout all stages of the programme, displaying a willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced, transformative digital environment.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years in business analysis and project management.
- Proficient in enhancing and implementing IT systems and software solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP Solution, GIS, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and e-services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and a strong commitment to digital excellence.
- Demonstrated willingness to go beyond expectations in project delivery.
- Strong customer service focus.
