Urgent Care Doctor

We are looking for NZ Doctors and Nurse Practitioners to join our friendly and dynamic team at ABC Urgent Care and GP. We offer full time or part time on a casual or permanent basis to join our friendly and dynamic team. We have shift opportunities for day, evening or weekend shifts.

Fellows/trainees or GPs wanting variety in work are welcome to apply.

Emphasis on patient-centred care, short waiting times for patients makes it an enjoyable and satisfying workplace. We work closely with the GP side of the clinic and get excellent feedback from patients. Our clinic is open 8am to 8pm.

We are open to considering qualified overseas candidates who are eligible for vocational registration. We are an accredited employer with immigration New Zealand for work visas.

To be successful you must ideally have:

Have NZ residency,  a work visa or be eligible to work in New Zealand
Current Registration as a medical practitioner in NZ or be eligible for vocational registration
Knowledge of Medtech Evolution is an advantage but not necessary (training provided)
Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Have cultural competence.
